Towards Recovery Clinic

Love the place they helpnundomt see people selling drugs or anything like that not like some other methodom clinics

This place was fantastic up until a few months ago! The doctors are vey helpful, problem is a new receptionist was hired and she is not a nice person! A few months ago I had to sit down as I have COPD to catch my breath, as well I can't urinate on demand. I explained that I heve health problems, etc. The girl at the reception said ... If you cannot sample straight away go home and come back another day" her attitude was rude and unnecessary! I was due to come back in 2 weeks

I've had two visits there so far and only went there because it was a Wednesday and everything in Niagara, where I live, was closed today, or no Dr. Now, I'm willing to drive all the way there once a week so that I can stick with this clinic. The staff, the pharmacist, the Dr., they were all so kind and supportive, I was so impressed and felt so comfortable I'm no longer going to make the switch to a clinic close to home, I'd rather stick with them!

The girls working in The clinic are awesome,they actually care and if your working and don’t have the best schedule and miss appointments here and there they always take care of you,if your treat them with respect they deserve then you receive it right back

Suffering from severe withdrawers was turned away by towards recovery when I needed help the most because I had a small debt with their Pharmacy and I even offering to pay it off. I had to go a full 24 hours before I could get help from a real Clinic that cared trc only cares about making money I would recommend going to a different Clinic if you need help not to mention you never get to see a doctor in person it's always over Skype because they have one doctor working 4 different locations. And their storefront is an unfinished Mass the place should be condemned.

I do not personally require methadone treatment, but if I did I definitely wouldn't appreciate the automatic audio clip that goes off announcing to anyone in earshot that you are on that sort of a website. Not only that but the same message played every time I clicked on a link while navigating the site. Not only is this annoying but it is also a really stupid design choice for a site that caters to opiate addicted people who (shocker) might appreciate some reasonable level of confidentiality (Duh!). That is really, really DUMB! You guys don't even deserve one star, but I can't post without rating so that is all that you will get from me! You should FIX this!

Staff is great, doctors are excellent, terrible experience. Waiting room is crammed with people, bikes, dogs, and backpacks-no social distancing possible here. Be prepared to clean the filthy toilet yourself before providing urine screen. Every week there is some kind of complication when getting carries, the faxed scripts don't go thru. If you have obligations, commitments, a JOB - this is NOT the place for you. Fellow clients will waste the staff's time, the doctor's time, and YOUR time by talking to the doctor about everything EXCEPT their methadone dose. Missing more than an hour of work for appointments that should be no more than 20 minutes is unacceptable. And if you have allergies, BEWARE: clients considerately bathe in cologne/perfume prior to entering the packed clinic.
